Logistics Offer

IPD has warehouses in multiple locations across Australia,

with our national distribution center based in Sydney. Here,
we have more than 12,000sq. metres of warehouse space
and stock more than 20,000 products. With a commitment
to provide the switchboard industry with the highest levels
of service, IPD has invested significantly in carrying a large

stock profile.This allows us to provide our customers with
market leading turnaround times and same day responses
to emergency requirements.

Product Support

Customers are at the core of everything we do. For us at IPD, it is not only about offering compliant and
innovative solutions but also providing support and value-added services to customers at every level.

Over the years, IPD has built skilled, experienced, and professional teams to support electrical installations
across Australia. The Techno product is supported by a team of 14 engineers providing assistance in areas

such as estimation, design, drawing and assembly, aiding switchboard builders right from the preliminary
design to the construction stage.

Training and Accreditation

One-on-one training programs at IPD's training
facility offer in-depth information on the product
and provide awareness on complying with

standards. The program covers practical
hands-on training, making sure correct assembly
techniques are maintained when building the
Techno modular switchboard system. This

ensures that the end-user can have a high level of
confidence that the system is assembled in line
with design verified and tested arrangements.
