ABB Tailor-Made Human-Machine
Interface (HMI)

ABB’s tailor-made human-machine interface (HMI) is a robust solution
that complements ABB’s offerings with an easy-to-use, versatile control
panel designed to meet your individual needs. Utilising open protocols
and cloud connectivity, the HMI can be mounted in both landscape and
portrait orientations, allowing for flexible installation. It supports a wide
range of protocols, including OPC UA, MQTT, BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP
CIP, and ABB’s Pluto, Codesys, and Mint.

The PB610 Panel Builder 600 serves as an intuitive engineering tool that
facilitates the straightforward design of customised graphical user
interfaces for the complete CP600 control panel platform. It features
scalable vector graphics (SVG) and a vast gallery of free graphic
widgets, enabling efficient design of flexible user interfaces suitable for
diverse automation solutions. The extensive libraries include rich sets
of widgets, from ready-to-use graphical objects to fully customisable
options arranged in user galleries.

With features that allow for effortless data acquisition and trend
presentation, this HMI excels in providing dynamic objects, alarm
handling, multi-language applications, and recipes. It also includes
a JavaScript debugger and HTML5 pages for easy remote access via
smart mobile devices. ABB’s pre-engineered HMI and Faceplates for
ACSx80 Drives ensure quick product integration and a future-proof
transition from older to newer-generation HMIs.
