• Maximum width of a single section is 2400mm,
extendable.
• Hot dip galvanized 3mm mild steel, 100mm high.

CORNERS, CORNER BARS & CROSS BARS

• Corners are made of cast Aluminium.
• Corner bars & cross bars are made of 2mm
electro galvanized mild steel, powder coated.
• Sizes - 200mm to 2400mm.

CORNER SEAL

• Used at the corners of the board to achieve the
IP rating.
• Made of Normal Monomeric Clear Vinyl.

SEALING GASKET

DURAFORM GASKET

• Made of EPDM rubber closed cell foam material.
• Temperature rating -40°C to 105°C continuous
(120°C intermittent), ozone/UV resistant, non-toxic
and flame retardant.
• Water tightness achieved at 10% compression. Duraform Gasket

PINCHWELD GASKET

• EPDM rubber sponge.
• Schlegel type wire cage for maximum flexibility.
