IPD’s library of software tools makes
designing compliant switchboards around
EXT56 easy and quick. They can be broadly
categorised into two areas:

Drawing and Design Software

We have a choice of software to assist
with layouts, drawings and produce bills of
material along with parts lists, costs and
assembly times.

Design Verification Assistance software

Software tools to assist in designing
switchboards in accordance with EXT56
design verified test reports and options
available under the new AS/NSZ 61439
standards.

iDRAW

A CAD-based drawing tool that helps
switchboard builders prepare their drawings
accurately. Front, side and internal views
can be drawn with a high level of accuracy
to include cutouts and holes for door
mounted and internal equipment.
