IPD’s products are supported by our national distribution
centre in Sydney and multiple warehouses across
Australia. The Sydney facility spans over 12,000 sq metres,
stocking more than 20,000 products to support fast,
reliable delivery across the electrical industry.

Our dedicated Elsteel Warehouse in Eastern Creek, NSW
ensures high stock availability of switchboard system
components, with same-day dispatch to keep your
projects on track. Flat-packed delivery allows for easier
handling and storage on site, while in-house training
equips your team to assemble and install switchboard
systems with speed and confidence.

With over $3.5M invested in switchboard stock, and a
logistics network built for responsiveness, IPD delivers
industry-leading service, fast turnaround times, and the
support you need to keep building without delay.

Product Support

In addition to our compliant & innovative products, we offer you ongoing support and value added services
at every level. Over the years, We have built a skilled, experienced, and professional team to support
electrical installations across Australia. The EXT56 product is being supported by a team of 14 engineers
who can provide assistance in areas such as estimation, design, drawing and assembly. This helps you
from the preliminary design right through to the construction stage of the project.

Training and Accreditation

Training programs are held at IPD’s training
facility offer in depth information on the product,
while providing you with resources on how to
be compliant with the latest industry standards.
The programs include hands-on training to
make sure correct assembly techniques are
used when building the EXT56. This is to provide
you with the confidence that the system is
assembled to comply with design verified and
tested arrangements.
