LOGISTICS OFFER

IPD’s products are supported by our national distribution
centre in Sydney and multiple warehouses across Australia.
The Sydney facility has over 12,000sq metres, stocking
more than 20,000 products, with our other warehouses
carrying large quantities of products to service the electrical
industry in a timely manner.

With a stock holding of over $3.5M invested in switchboard
system components, we are committed to providing the
switchboard building industry with the highest level of
service, quick response, and fast turnaround times.

PRODUCT SUPPORT

In addition to our compliant & innovative solutions, we offer customers ongoing support and value added services at every level. Over
the years, IPD have built a skilled, experienced, and professional team to support electrical installations across Australia. The EXT56
product is being supported by a team of 14 engineers who can provide assistance in areas such as estimation, design, drawing and
assembly. This helps switchboard builders from the preliminary design right through to the construction stage of the project.

TRAINING AND ACCREDITATION

Training programs held at IPD’s training facility offer in-
depth information on the product, while providing you with
resources on how to be compliant with the latest industry
standards. The programs include hands-on training to make
sure correct assembly techniques are used when building
the EXT56. This is to provide the end user with confidence
that the system is assembled to comply with design verified
and tested arrangements.
