POLYCARBONATE BARRIER

1. Cut out the slot for the busbar plug
2. Fix the barrier using 4 screws (M6 x 8 socket head)

PLASTIC CLIPS ON CHASSIS

1. Insert 6 nylon canoe clips (3 on each side) to the bottom of the chassis.

EARTH CONTACT ON CHASSIS

1. The earth contact is mounted on the inside left of the chassis lining up with the slot for the earth blade.
2. The contact is fixed using 2 screws M6 x 20 (button head), star washers and M6 hexagon nuts. Position the
star washer under the head of the screw – between the screw head and chassis.
3. Fix the earthing contact cover using the 2 pozi pan head screws.

BUSBAR PLUG ON CHASSIS
1. Mount busbar plugs on to the chassis

HINGE PACKER KIT (OPTIONAL) ON CHASSIS & CAM RECEIVER

1. The hinges along with the door may be mounted to the structure normally.
2. To mount the optional hinge packer set –
a. Fix the top hinge to the chassis using counter sunk M6 x 20 screws + M6 nuts and spring washers
with the packer mounted between the hinge and the chassis.
b. Place the door on the hinge pin.
c. Fix the lower hinge set and packer to the chassis as above.
3. Doors may be hinged right or left.
4. Mount the flat cam receiver normally.

MOUNTING PLATE ON CHASSIS

1. Mounting plate may be mounted to suit outgoing cable direction.
2. Fix the mounting plate to the chassis using the 4 pozi pan head screws and 4 M5 star washers.
