        Harmonics may cause premature failure or reduced lifespan of other electrical equipment caused by the overheating of network components like
        transformers and cables. Harmonics in the network are also responsible for disturbing other electrical equipment in the network that require a pure
        sinusoidal AC-waveform. Harmonics may also cause unstable operation in back-up generators.
