MILD STEEL ENCLOSURES

Features:

- Material: Cold-rolled steel.
- Thickness: 1.2mm 200H x 200W to 600H x 600W.
1.5mm 600H x 600W to 1400H x 1200W.
- Mounting Plate: 2mm galvanised sheet.
Sizes above 800mm height have folded edges for higher rigidity.
Depth adjustable in 12.5mm increments (Depth adjusting Brackets required).
- Construction: Totally welded cabinet. Wall mounting by 4 x Ø9mm holes.
Double fold to prevent water from entering cabinet also acting as a gutter.
Earthing stud standard. Drainage hole on the base of cabinet to prevent condensation.
- Door: 110˚ reversible opening. Welded reinforcement profiles for fitting accessories.
Concealed and removable hinges with quick assembly and disassembly pins.
Continuous polyurethane sealing gasket for higher IP rating.
- Lock: Metal 5mm double bit lock.
Three point locking rods for cabinets of 1000H or greater as standard.
Other lock options available.
- Finish: Coated in Hardened RAL 7035 Grey, UV Tolerant Polyester Powder coat or RAL 2008 Orange Epoxy Powder coat.
Corrosion resistance according to UNE-EN62208.
